在BGP.HE.NET 上查询IP 信息的时候，Announced By AS4808：
意思这个段还在APNIC 手里，未被分配，但是联通的这个AS 域广播了这个段。
继续查下：

202/8 分配给了APNIC。既然是联通，那就到CNNIC 查下：
看起来确实没分给联通，不过在IPIP.NET查询，这个IP 归属显示是联通。
就像10.0.0.0/8 这类私网保留地址，广播出去，大家应该都会丢弃掉。估计得等以后APNIC 开始分配使用这段地址，联通就不能广播了吧。
Bogon['bɔɡən] 这个单词好多词典都查不到，据说起源于bogusbəuɡəs：假冒，伪造。
